Terms of Service

By accessing and using LinkMax, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

• Permission is granted to use LinkMax for personal and commercial purposes, including promoting your music, your business, or work you are paid for.
• You must not modify, copy, or create derivative works.
• You must not use the service for any illegal purposes.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All content posted through your account
• Complying with all applicable laws

• LinkMax Pro costs ₹499 per month. Inclusive of GST: the price shown is the price charged.
• Payments are collected by Razorpay. Subscribing authorises a recurring mandate on your card, which renews automatically each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries it over the following days. If every retry fails, the subscription ends and the account returns to the free plan. Pages you have already published stay online.
• Months already paid for are not refunded, including part-months after a cancellation. Full terms, and the exceptions we do refund, are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Prices may change. Any change applies from your next renewal, never to a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it takes effect.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the service at any time
• Change features or functionality
• Update pricing and terms

LinkMax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
