Cancellation & Refund Policy

LinkMax Pro costs ₹499 per month. Inclusive of GST: the price you see is the price charged, and nothing is added at checkout.

Payments are collected by Razorpay. Subscribing authorises a recurring mandate on your card, which renews automatically each month until you cancel it. There is no minimum term and no annual plan.

• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, on the Plan screen. You do not need to contact us to cancel.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your subscription immediately: Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the date it ends is shown on that screen.
• If you cancel very close to a renewal date, a charge that is already in progress may still complete. If that happens, your paid period simply extends by a month and the end date shown on the Plan screen moves accordingly — you are not charged twice for the same month.
• Cancelling cannot be undone from the dashboard. If you change your mind, email admin@hikaribuilds.com and we will sort it out.

We do not refund months that have already been paid for, including part-months after a cancellation. Because cancelling leaves your access running to the end of the period you paid for, you always receive the full month you were charged for.

We will refund a payment that should never have been taken — a duplicate charge, or a charge on an account that had already been cancelled. Email admin@hikaribuilds.com and we will review it. Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method; Razorpay typically takes five to seven working days to settle it back to your bank.

If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries it over the following days and may email you a link to update your card. If every retry fails, the subscription stops and the account returns to the free plan. No penalty or fee is charged for a failed payment, and you can subscribe again at any time.

Pages you have already published stay online when a subscription ends. You keep the free plan’s allowance and, while you are not on Pro, you cannot create additional pages beyond it. Smart deep-link routing — the part that sends visitors from in-app browsers to their real browser and apps, wherever the app allows it — is free on every plan and is never switched off.

LinkMax is a digital service. There is nothing to ship. Pro features are enabled on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a minute.
